Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Now or Never: The 11 Secrets of Arimathea (Paperback) Joe Cervasio does a magnificent job in his work "Now or Never: The 11 Secrets of Arimathea". When reading scripture, we meet people who have a passing role and we are often left wondering "what ever happened to him/her? What was THEIR life all about? How did they handle THEIR encounter with Jesus and what was the impact on their lives after such an encounter? "Now or Never" breaks open our thoughts about many biblical characters and gives them real human qualities, good and bad, that many of us deal with in our own lives. A must read
Hey Joe -
I just finished your book last night and I wanted to let you know I really, really enjoyed it. I thought it was an excellent book and very well-written.
... I particularly enjoyed the last part about the richest man in the world as it reminded me so much of what my father was really all about.
On a side note it was pretty ironic because at the time I was reading the part about living in the present, I happened to also be watching a golf tournament that tiger woods was playing in. The announcers were talking about how Tiger is the best golfer in history, and maybe best athlete ever, in terms of staying in the present. His focus on the current task at hand is incomparable as he never worries about the next shot or the shot that just happened. Only the one he is working on now. Pretty interesting stuff that can be applied to all aspects of life.
Thanks again for introducing me to ideas and thoughts I never realized.

What does this story from long ago have to do with your own life today? Everything. Because the story of Joseph of Arimathea, the man who donated his tomb for Jesus burial, and who went into the deepest depression at the catastrophe, is our story.
Learn what Joseph learns: the greatest gift to each of us is this present moment.
In Now or Never: The 11 Secrets of Arimathea, readers will witness conversations never imagined, and in the end both believer and non-believer will learn secrets that will change their lives forever—whether corporate executive, homemaker, laborer, believer, atheist, athlete, or student.
When people finish the story, the reaction will be the same: they will hug the book.
The "mystery man of the Bible," Joseph of Arimathea, appears with a supporting cast of unforgettable characters to capture the attention of all readers of this teaching, yet entrancing novel.
Feel this successful businessman’s oppression in Jerusalem during the time of Jesus’ ministry, as a war in his spirit rages, not unlike that today in the minds and souls of countless millions seeking their destinies, and the truth.
Meet the enigmatic Mary of Magdala in an upfront and personal way no other writer has presented her over the last 2000 years! (Was she a first century Mother Teresa or Angelina Jolie?)
And thrill to your time with such giants in biblical history as Peter, the great fisherman; Nicodemus, Joseph’s partner in burying Jesus; Stephen, Christianity’s first martyr; and Thomas, the Twin, better known as ‘Doubting Thomas.’
In Now or Never: The 11 Secrets of Arimathea there are still others offering witness, characters not so famous. Get to know the Widow of Judas; Zaccheus, the little man in the sycamore tree; the guard at the tomb of Jesus; the fleeting ‘Rich, Young Ruler’ of gospel infamy; the resurrected Lazarus’ sister, Martha; and even a eunuch from Egypt, Joseph’s faithful servant Duca.
The 11 Secrets of Arimathea will make a mighty impact upon the lives of all who read it, just as it has the author and the countless high-performing individuals who have shared their experiences with him over the years.
Joe Cervasio's 2000-year-old story will awaken the spirit of grace inside you.
Receive the power of the moment awaiting you now, as you enjoy Now or Never: The 11 Secrets of Arimathea.
