"What About Now?"

As you know, I spent a couple of years writing BAD NEWS ON THE DOORSTEP, and it has been a couple more years that I have been introducing it to friends and visitors here.

Still, a few folks have asked me. "Joe, are you working on another project?"

I am, indeed, and I'd like to tell you a bit about it. It's a book whose main character is Joseph of Arimathea, the member of the Sanhedrin back 2000 years ago who gave his own tomb for the crucified Jesus to be buried in.

On August 15, Joe was the guest of Ms. Aldonna Ambler, CMC, CSP, the host of "The Growth Strategist." The subject on this national talk show was "Growing Your Business Thru Retaining Top Talent."

They have a great radio slogan: "The Bottom Line in Business Talk!"

It was a fun and free-ranging conversation about attracting and retaining top talent. Joe lends his thoughts on Talent Performance Management at Bluegreen Corp. He talked about the timesharing business, and a bit about his business life story.
